Massage Therapy
Rejuvenate your body and mind with Dina's Hallmark Massage. Dina incorporates several modalities into her tayored sessions; including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myfascial Release, Cupping and Parasympathic (Relaxation). Whether you want to de-stress from a long week at work, you've over done it at the gym or just need some me time, Dina has you covered.
On-Line Group Fitness Classes
My on-line group fitness class is an on-going class that meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm EST. It is geared towards active older adults; however, anyone is welcome to join. It’s a low impact class, that combines aerobic fitness, weight training, balance exercises, flexibility and cognitive training. I encourage everyone to go at their own pace and listen to their bodies, modifying any exercise to suit your needs. If you are interested in joining my class, I would love to meet you via zoom prior to joining class so I can get to know you, gage your fitness level and go over exercise form and modifications so you can get the most out of class, avoid injury and stay safe.






Health Coaching
Not sure where to start on your health and wellness journey? I can help. If you read the about me section, you know that health and fitness have been my thing since I was a kid. My goal is to help you discover and uncover some of your blocks to healthy living and create new habits to a healthier, happier bad ass you. I will meet you where you are and we will collaborate to create small incremental habits that work for you so you can begin to improve your health and well-being. On-Demand Fitness
Stay tuned for my upcoming On-Demand Library of classes and tutorials! I will teach the basics of good form, posture and most importantly how to engage your abs to stay safe and avoid injuries. All classes will be low impact, focusing on strength, cardio, balance, flexibility and cognition. They will range from 5-45 minutes to suit your time and needs.
